This newsletter will always be a free space for sharing my essays, commentary and reflections. But as we start the year I wanted to share how you can work more deeply with me this year for those who might feel called.
First a small re-intrudction 👉🏾 I’m an entrepreneur, social researcher, organisational development expert and coach.
My life’s work has been devoted to exploring and creating conditions for harmonious living, bridging differences and shifting from conflict to connection. I’m interested in what capacities and choices we need to harmoniously (and dare I say generatively) co-exist across many lines of difference. To this end - I’ve spent 15 years working in leadership development, organisational culture, and diversity equity & inclusion, helping major companies as well as startups, public service, charities, and community groups.
I've successfully founded two six-figure businesses. My most recent hit £250k in its first year with me as the only employee and working part time so I could be with my son. Last year I sold a small part of one of the businesses, which gave me the financial freedom to spend the best part of the year focussing on my kids, creative and voluntary projects. I share this financial success piece with some awkwardness, but I recently realise that it’s actually one of the areas I am most skilled. Building businesses that are financially successful AND meaningful AND that allow me to prioritise the most important thing in my life - my family. Helping others create the same - make a positive impact in the world while achieving financial success and balance in their lives - is one of the places I am most effective as a coach to leaders and entrepreneurs.
